Dorothy created and adapted materials to make learning more relevant to individual children. It made a meaningful difference, but preparing personalised resources for every child was difficult to sustain. Parents also sought additional support outside school. As both a teacher and a parent, Dorothy also understood how difficult it can be for families to know how best to support learning at home.

That challenge became the idea behind Roocara: a platform designed to bring Dorothy’s thoughtful, individual approach to more children by shaping learning around each child’s level, interests and pace.
